A 25% deposit is required to place an order. Events booked less than seven (7) days from the event date require a 50% deposit. Any and all deposits placed down on an invoice with Pressworthy are non-refundable. By giving us your payment and/or payment information you are committing to your order. Any changes to guest count, menu items, or event time must be made no later than seven (7) days prior to the event. Events booked less than seven (7) days from the event date are subject to the guest count, menu items, and event time given at the time of the original invoice and payment.
We customize your table quote based on the number of people we serve at your event. We typically recommend 2-3 treats per person. Don't see something you want on our list? Just ask us about it, and we can make it happen! Need a special item like a backdrop, balloon display, cake, custom table or linens? We can make that happen too! Price quotes will also include speciality items, rental items, concept design, and a service fee.
Our standard service area includes Hampton Roads Virginia and the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan region. We welcome events outside of this area, but a travel charge of $1.00 per mile round-trip beyond our standard service area will be added to your table cost. Events located more than 1 hour outside of our standard service area may also require overnight accommodations, depending on the end-time of your event.
